I'm a sincere, passionate, dedicated, flexible, and hardworking person. I have experience as an outbound representative working in the BPO industry. I used Microsoft Word, Excel, and other programs like Canva to assist with other customers' needs and wants. Answering inquiries and responding to them as quickly as possible. I can be a team leader and am willing to undergo training to work as a virtual assistant in answering emails; I can re-type or enter data in your list; I can manage inboxes and arrange them according to what clients want; I'm familiar with Google Docs and Google Sheets; and I can be an assistant in your new and growing business. For a long time, I've been working as a consultant for both private and government individuals, and I'm a very handy person with a lot of expertise in many fields.
