Profile Description

I'm an experienced e-commerce specialist.
• I am proficient on creating product listing in Amazon seller central, Bright pearl and Shopify.
• Creating offers in the inventory, maintain parent-children Listings, repricing, and reporting systems that go along with the Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
• Resolving suppressed, stranded, and any inactive listing issues that are part of the catalog and/or have inventory.
• Account Health Monitoring such as maintaining a good policy compliance score, resolving resolve IP claims, product inauthenticity, listing violations, restricted product violations, and other violations that may show up in Account Health page.
• Reporting by sending weekly sales, overstock, inventory, and MAP reports to leadership team.
• Creating purchase orders, replenishment orders and forecast prebook orders based on sales trends, demands, and potential competition.
• Creating Shipping Plans for direct shipments and reconcile inbound issues that may arise.
• Placing order in B2B Sites
• Answers all customer service concerns.
• Respond and resolve customer messages within the 24-hour target.
• Provide refund on appropriate customer concerns such as but not limited to customers not receiving products within the delivery range and quality issues within Amazon’s 30-day warranty period.
• Provide proper resolution on customer purchases outside Amazon’s 30-day warranty period.
• File courier claims to undelivered orders.
