I love taking a lead role in the execution of administrative projects and contributing my expertise and knowledge to the company in order to increase the productivity. I am actively seeking a rewarding Office nor a management as a Virtual Assistant in a positive working relationship.
I've been an Accounting Personnel in Real Estate Company for two years and a Virtual Assistant for one year. I expose and perform a lot of jobs in the office such as answering calls and concerns of customers about their accounts. I am also doing monthly reports during every end of the month, that includes making presentations in PDF, PowerPoint, Excel, word , recording data in QuickBooks and making Company’s payroll . I am also good in verbal and written communication skills in English and I have the ability to work efficiently during stressful hours. I am eager to work under pressure and overtime. I do have time management. I can work accurately and independently and maintaining the privacy of confidential and sensitive information. I am very friendly individual who can handle irate clients. I am very honest, God-fearing woman who is very dedicated to being the best person I can be. I'll assure you that I could help a lot in your business.
