I've had worked as a Virtual Assistant, Researcher, Telemarketing, Data Entry, Customer Service Rep., and Technical Support. My experience working in Call Center and at home has taught me how to focus on providing quality service, and also enabled me to work to all types of services like taking in calls, chat, email, and remote session w/ customers. Being a Tech Support for nearly 5 years and working at home is a big game-changer for me, this experience thought me several things such as working under pressure, being organized at all times while multi-tasking, consistency, and be transparent to my clients as they are to me. 

Being a Tech Support made me realize that technology is so broad and evolving each day. I cope up with these new techs by reading tech blogs and vlogs from YouTube to keep me updated and not to be left out.
