Hi everyone,
I'm looking forward to the prospect of working with each of you soon!
Having immersed myself in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for over 8 years, my journey began with Alorica, where I spent more than 3 fulfilling years. During my time there, I served as an account expert for 6 months, mentored as a first-line support provider for 4 months, and took on the role of Quality Analyst for a remarkable 3 years.
Within Alorica, I actively participated in leadership training, honing my skills for potential team management. Seeking new challenges, I transitioned to a different company where I initially started as a Quality Specialist for three months and later earned a promotion to my current role as a Data Engineer.
Throughout my journey, I've developed valuable skills in analytics, generating pertinent reports for business review. Proficient in creating tools for transaction monitoring and translating them into raw data for reporting, I've also garnered intermediate knowledge in programming languages like Google Script, Java, Visual Basic, HTML/CSS, and C++. These skills have been instrumental in my role as a Data Engineer.
Furthermore, I've undergone training as a Virtual Assistant and currently serve in that capacity on a part-time basis.
I'm excited about the potential collaboration and the opportunities that lie ahead!
Best regards,

I have work with a Canadian client who has tasked us to use Linkedin to find prospects. I was able to use sales navigator in linkedin where in we were able to use filters to look for prospects where we send connections and email to offer our clients service. We have also used google sheet to track down the updates on the connection and emails that we are sending to avoid spamming and used google calendar to schedule a meeting once we are able to invite a prospect for a call.
“It definitely helped transform my business and take a significant load off for me.”
