For over 12 years, I have as a Facebook Ads Specialist, Social Media Manager, Virtual Front desk, Supervisor, Dispatch Supervisor, Chat Support Specialist, Customer Service, Research Analyst, and Fraud Analyst for a variety of businesses. As a result of the extensive exposure in the BPO industry and a few work-from-home organizations, my professional development in customer service was forged. As I consider my career in customer service to have reached its pinnacle, I have begun exploring digital marketing.

The learning process of Facebook Ads, now called Meta Ads, has been a rollercoaster ride yet so satisfying that I'm excited to guide clients to enhance business trademarks and multiply revenue.
