I am a registered nurse with six years of combined experience in hospital and business process outsourcing settings. I started my career as a staff nurse in a hospital in the Philippines, where I handled various cases such as medical-surgical, emergency, intensive care, and maternal and child health and dialysis. I also participated in several health promotion and disease prevention programs in the community. After three years of working in the hospital, I dUpgrade to see actual info to pursue a different path and joined a BPO company that provides healthcare services to clients in the United States. There, I applied my clinical knowledge and skills to perform tasks such as insurance verification, prior authorization, claims processing, and customer service. I also learned how to use different software applications and systems that are essential in the healthcare industry. I am currently looking for a new opportunity to grow and advance my career as a nurse.
