I am currently employed by one of the top BPO companies here in the Philippines. I am a trained data analyst, as this was my first role in the company. Then I was transferred to a different line of business, which involved assisting internal clients and stakeholders like managers, supervisors, etc.
I can say that with my 9-year experience in a BPO company, I am equipped and ready to start my VA journey. I'm also interested in accepting tasks that are not related to my experience since I am willing to learn and undergo training that will enhance my skills and abilities to provide effective and efficient results to my clients.
