Ecommerce Virtual Assistant (eBay, Shopify, Amazon)

My experienced in Facebook Ads marketing was quite challenging because I need to do a lot of talking to convert prospect buyers into sales and not just that, I also need to take care of the aftermarket jobs. It was indeed a very difficult task but very satisfying once you see the good result.

This is one of my expertise because I am very keen in inputting data. Every time my client asked me to put in data in the data base, I always make sure that all the details I entered are correct to avoid inconvenience.

This skill requires a lot of patience because data collection is not only limited to collecting data. Based on my experienced, you also need dig deeper in order to get the data you needed for your client/employer.

One of my employer before opened an Amazon store and he gave me an access to his Amazon seller central account to fulfill orders of the customers. One of my job as well was to update products quantity. I also sent follow up messages to previous customers and asked them if they could leave a positive review on Amazon.

Listing products on Ebay was my shortest job because my employer had already a list of the items (links) in the spreadsheet. My task was to go through each product link in the spreadsheet, create a customize product title and make sure that it has a keyword which has something to do with SEO then just modify the original description of the product.

My experienced in Shopify management was almost the same with Facebook Ads marketing. The only difference was in Shopify, there were lots of works need to be done such as: Finding good products from Alibaba/Aliexpress/Amazon, Listing products in Shopify, Order fulfillment and customer service.

One of my employer before asked me to find profitable products in Amazon using zik analytics tool.

I wanted to learn photoshop way back then but couldn't afford to buy photoshop software so I explored canva to learn basic photo editing.
