I took courseworks related to this back in my degree program. It all begins with the rationale behind the writing, knowing the audience, and the message the written work is intended to convey. Over the years, I came to develop a strong research ability, a knack for well-structured and sound write-ups, and writing styles that fit their respective purpose.

I've been handling emails on my personal account for years now but it was last year that I began to learn a deep dive into better inbox management. While I lack actual work experience on this, I have hands-on experience navigating around the Gmail space and have picked up the best practices and systems to increase productivity and organization. I managed to achieve inbox zero and now I maintain a regular inbox sweep with my email handles regularly. I taught myself how to better navigate the Gmail space to avoid unnecessary clutter and just be able to stay organized and work efficiently. When it comes to email communications, I've come to learn about establishing effective email correspondence and responding accordingly to situations while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Thus far, I'm putting in the effort to attain expertise in this area as dealing with people of big personalities while maintaining the brand voice and writing style on behalf of the client is of utmost importance.

Canva has been my best bud for years now as it got me through the academe, and aided me in my commissioned works for my colleagues and in every creative material that I have made. I created a lot of academic materials in my university years using this tool. A few of these are the technical poster for my undergraduate thesis, pitch deck proposals, graphic layout for events, and presentation slides (both on the formal and creative side).

Along with my hands-on experience curating content materials, collaterals, and ad creatives, I've learned a deep dive into content planning and ideation of content pillars, running a family-owned business, and doing commissioned work for colleagues. I am confident that my exposure and knowledge of social platform trends and algorithms, as a user and viewer myself, can provide significant value in this area. I am familiar with in-app scheduler and plugin scheduling tools, hashtag research, and insights analysis.

I am well-versed in 2D layout modeling using AutoDesk AutoCAD. I've done projects for my academic requirements and commissioned works outside the university on small-scale residential and commercial plans.

This is a product of personal efforts and just years of surfing the web, be it for simple or intensive academic/professional research. With my organizational skills and ability to sort information, I am well-versed in creating databases through Excel/GSheets. Ave. Typing speed: 54 WPM

Scheduling is an integral skill that I picked up in my finished program. Since falling behind schedule can jeopardize the plans that were initially set out, I've grasped the importance of better time management. In both personal and professional undertakings, I leveraged the features of Google Calendar for planning out my day, week, or month ahead, blocking out focus times effectively, and avoiding burnout from poorly plotted breaks. This is something that I can likewise provide for my potential client, knowing well that calendar management should remain practical, sensible, and effective which would help him/her have more time in her hands to do the bigger stuff or strengths to focus on.
