Profile Description

I've been in the Call Center Industry (Technical Accounts) for 13 years and i have handled multiple accounts which helped me gain a lot of experience and knowledge. My expertise are mainly troubleshooting computer hardware/software, Data Entry, MS Office, Excel, Adobe Professional, MS Admin and other office related applications. Typing and Data Entry plays a big part of my daily routine at work since we document almost everything that we do. 
I'm very
confident with my skills but I still want to gain more experience.
I'm looking for a job that can enhance my skills and also to gain more knowledge from other fields.
