I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for almost 14 years now and have handled Australian and American accounts. I started my career as a Collections representative for a telecommunications company handling an Australian account for 1 year and 7 months. After that I have applied as a Customer Service Representative handling general inquiries and billing for another telecommunications company in Australia and I have worked there for 6 years and was promoted as a Customer Experience Coach on my fifth year of stay there. After which I have explored the Financial Industry and I was hired to be a Customer Service Representative handling an Australian Credit Card and Personal Loans account. I handled general inquiries and billing with upselling. I stayed in this Company for two years. After this, I applied as a Customer Service Representative for an American Credit Card Company and I handled general inquiries, billing and sales. I also stayed in this Company for two years. I have established a small food stall business after this and stopped being employed for seven months. I am now currently employed again and is working in a Leadership role handling an American telecommunications account. I was promoted on my eighth month of stay in the Company and is now doing call evaluation tasks sending daily, weekly and monthly reports to the leadership team providing valuable insights supporting a community of agents. At the same time, I am working as a resolution expert providing valuable resource of information to help in resolving complex customer inquiries.
