Profile Description

I have been a CSR/Technical Support Agent for 16 months and a leader for 6 years in a BPO company. I was able to handle Voice (Inbound & Outbound) and Non Voice (Chat & Email) Accounts. I am a Licensed Financial Advisor and was exposed to attending to Digital Leads where we make calls to possible prospects, do product presentation online and assist with application submission. I was also a Real Estate Sales Affiliate we do marketing using Social media platforms, attend to real time inquiries, facilitate site visit and assist client up to property turn over.
