Effective email copy starts long before the writing does.

It starts with knowing what the customer needs to hear, when they need to hear it, and how the message needs to land.

That is the standard I bring into every project.

I write email campaigns and flows for ecommerce brands with a strong focus on clarity, conversion, and brand fit.

Before I write, I look at audience behavior, past campaign insights, and Klaviyo data so the messaging is based on what is already working and where there is room to improve.

I also write directly in Figma, which helps me see how the copy fits the design and makes the full email easier to build with less back and forth.

Working closely with strategists and designers has trained me to think beyond just the words.

I make sure each email matches the offer, the customer stage, and the goal behind the send.

Whether it is a promotional campaign, welcome flow, abandoned cart email, or re-engagement sequence, I write with one goal in mind:

making the email easier to open, easier to read, and easier to act on.
