Petroleum terminal operations professional with 7+ years of hands-on bulk liquid freight experience, transitioning into US freight dispatching as a Virtual Assistant. Currently coordinating 180+ tank trucks daily and 100M+ liters of petroleum movement monthly at one of the Philippines' largest independent import terminals.
I bring the physical operational understanding of how freight moves, is measured, documented, and transferred — the foundation most dispatch VAs never develop. I have completed structured self-study in US freight dispatch: DAT load board operations, rate negotiation, the 7-step dispatch workflow, BOL/POD processing, TMS platforms (McLeod, Rose Rocket, Turvo), ELD monitoring (Samsara, Motive), and professional US broker/driver communication.
