• Familiarity with both Windows and Mac OS, as well as with online communication tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, WebEx, Upgrade to see actual info, and Slack
• Capable of basic photo and video editing using tools such as Photoshop and iMovie, respectively
• Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS, as well as with some programming languages including C, Scilab, and LaTeX
• Average typing speed of at least 50 WPM
• Experienced in utilizing VoIP-related technologies, such as Hosted PBX and CounterPath Bria Stretto
• Familiarity with knowledge base, ticketing, and phone systems, including Confluence, Kayako, and 3CX, respectively, as well as with NBN Co and Vocus
• Experienced with some task/project management applications including Trello and Notion
