Profile Description

With 5 years of experience as a Chat Support Associates, I am answering customer's queries via live chat. I am handling all queries in a polite and professional manner. I also gather leads from the customer and summarize our chat before sending it to the client.
Also, I have been working as a help desk and administrative assistant for 3 years. My task are the following:
Answers customer concern and negotiating products via calls and email
Handling sales and warehouse reports
Encoding purchase orders using an accounting tools
Dispatching and Invoicing the products
Updating of pricelist and product master files
Compiling/ monitoring of invoices for collection
Setting an appointment meeting for sales team
I am a keen learner and quite excited to learn about new things and I can also work under minimum supervision. I have been commended by our previous clients for doing good customer service.
