Profile Description

Majority of my proper job experiences stemmed from the BPO industry, with a general job title in Customer Service that varies across different subsets of a more nuanced job titles.
From being an Online Banker Associate in the largest bank in America, to becoming a Project Manager and an Expert in legal contracts for established and prospective authors in a US-based self-publishing company, and to becoming a Data Analyst and a Project Manager for suppliers and clients in one of the biggest e-commerce companies in the US.
I have also legitimate experience in other relevant fields outside of those that are aforementioned. I am managing an active and official social media page for a local production company that hosts local events in our city. In the same production company, I am also one of the founding members. I am very much aware of the current events in across different media platforms; from pop culture to politics, from sports to international relations and to business and geopolitics, etc.
I have also an extensive experience as a Project Manager as being able to manage different local projects and charity works in different NGOs.
I have an excellent and proven skills in effective communication, writing, public speaking, and critical thinking. So, I believe that I am very much effective in establishing open communication and in sending across the relevant messages to the relevant people. This allows me to fulfill and execute my responsibilities in the best possible ways.
While I acknowledge that my own personal knowledge is finite, I am a firm believer that knowledge itself is infinite, and so are the chances to learn them. This is why I am keen to always learning and even unlearning knowledge, especially when deemed urgent and necessary.
While I always strive to be the best version of myself and to be always on the top of my game, I still make sure that my empathy and compassion towards other people are not compromised in the process.
I want to be perceived as competitive, professional, and just, but I also want to be kind and sympathetic at the same time. I believe that they are not mutually exclusive and all of them can be true at the same time.
