With over 2 years of experience as a Customer Sales and Service Specialist, I've had the privilege of being one of the top agents from March - August 2023 for being excellent in what I do. With the experiences I've had, It gave me the opportunity to be adaptive, and to be a Critical thinker, which gave me the skills to resolve problems quickly. Also, effective communication and negotiation skills, including being perceptive to detail are some of my success results in my former industry which I believe would add a significant factor in this industry.
Beyond my skills, I still believe in life that everything is a learning experience. I am always eager to learn and adapt. I actively seek out opportunities for professional development and growth.
