My name is Ma. Jane Orlain. In addition, I worked as an office staff member for 2 years after graduating from college, which helped me develop strong administrative and organizational skills.

When I first started my career in the BPO industry, my primary motivation was the competitive salary and benefits. However, as I gained more experience and matured professionally, my priorities evolved. Today, I am looking for a role that not only offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities but also allows me to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance as a new mother.

Becoming a mother is a meaningful milestone in my life, and I value the opportunity to be present during my child's early years while continuing to build my career. Working remotely would allow me to provide for my family while staying actively involved in my baby's growth and development.
