I also worked as a Sales Representative for one of the largest Satellite TV Provider, Dish TV and within a matter of 6 months I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert which provides training and support for agents on the retention department for 7 years. I have an experience with a Health Care Account widely known in United States of America named Express Scripts which particularly focus on checking the status of the medicine order of our patients, I am an HVA and HIPPA trained. I even become a part of one of the best Telco Company namely Sprint in United States which focus on technical support and billing inquiry and also cater appointment settings for our customers to meet our technicians.
