- Manage Orders (Buy Shipping / MCF Order Creation)- A+ Content Management- Managed campaigns and ad groups, promotions, coupons, deals and Vouchers
- Manage Account Store- Negative Feedback 
- Generate Sales/Order Reports and Refill/Replenish Recommendations- Product Research
-Manage Contact Suppliers / Manufacturers, (Request Reimbursements / Refunds)

Collection:
- Manage minimal computations
- Manage Liquidation and Disbursements
- Can handle simple explanation through communications
- Manage balance collectibles for clients
- Contact Customers
- Website Error / Improvement Checking

Customer Service Agent:
- Offline agent / Off Call
- Response to customer on time and with clearer message/explanation
- Product Research via FB page

HR Mngt:
- Manage Ongoing/Outgoing personnel
- Manage Initial Trainings and Orientation
