I graduated from Saint Paul University with Bachelor of Science in Nursing. My previous job was a call center agent. I have worked in the BPO industry for more than 2 years as a customer support for medical & retail account. I dealt with clients related to healthcare services, handling sensitive information, addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, providing product information, billings and resolving issues related to retail transactions. I also handled escalated calls and provide last resort resolutions to retain customer’s accounts. I am a very detail-oriented person. I like to complete my work by focusing on required details and I am also good at managing time.
