I'm a virtual assistant technical support. I am a dedicated support representative committed to provide you with the best assistance. I can help you  provide effective technical support via email, chat or call to resolve technical issues. 
I have been a technical assistant in a small forex trader group. I assisting client in creating account in different forex broker and assisting their necessary information to open account. I use automated forex trading robot or EA to trade client account and give better understanding on how EA strategy works. Ive been doing back testing of EA  before installing to client account to ensure that the EA works according to the strategy using MT4 platform and Virtual Private Server. I also troubleshoot client account when there are server error, log in failure, broker issues, connectivity issue to prevent downtime in trading, secure client funded account  and optimize profit. I ensure all the software I use is up to date to improve performance and new features. I assist client for their deposit and payment and make sure their fund and safe and no delay.  I also trading forex and crypto for the last 3 years using different platforms MT4 and MT5 and utilize indicators, tools and software features in my trading journey.  I have attended several mentorship program to deepen my understanding in forex Upgrade to see actual infoet. I provide signal coming from to my mentor using Telegram and assist students in trading. I'm excited about this opportunity and I am flexible with the tasks that you will be assigned to me.
