I am knowledgeable on navigating AMS360, Hawksoft, Formstack, DocuSign, Slybroadcast, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc. I send application for new business and rewritten policies and LPR's via DocuSign, I cancelled policies once insured decided to cancel policy, I make policy changes to different carrier sites and I am sending voicemail drops using Slybroadcast. I also anwer emails from insured's, lenders, carriers, account managers and producers.

I am knowledgeable on making changes to different carrier sites updating coverages of insured's auto, motorcycle, trailer and watercraft policies. Adding/removing drivers, discounts, vehicles, updating address, lienholders, billing information, sending ID Cards, declaration pages, etc. Sending applications, LPR's via docusign.

I am knowledgeable on sending Proof of Insurance, declaration pages, binders to insureds, lenders etc. I know how to navigate different carrier sites and make policy changes.

After being a CSR and TSR I was transferred in a back-office team where we process payments, those are the payments that customers are sending by check.

I was transferred in a Technical Support department after months as a customer service representative. I assist customers by logging into their online account, helping with troubleshooting and with all other requests that related to their online account.

I worked in a BPO industry where I started as a customer service representative in a financial account that handles credit cards in US.
