I worked as a Virtual Assistant for almost 3 years in an Insurance Agency that is based in Washington. I knowledgable on using AMS360, DocuSign, Slybroadcast and Microsoft Office. I know how to navigate and make policy changes in different carrier sites, we have more than 40 carrier sites on our agency. I sometimes call carriers for transactions that can't be made on their website. I also answer emails from insureds, lenders, carriers and account managers. I am knowledgeable on making COI/POIs, LPRs etc. and I am used to be working with different account managers/producers.
