I am knowledgable on using AMS360, Hawksoft, DocuSign, Slybroadcast, Microsoft Office and Google sheets.
I know how to navigate and make policy changes to different carrier sites.
I call and email carriers, insureds and lenders for follow ups. I can make COI/POIs, LPRs, id cards and other necessary documents.
I help with billing questions, process payments and update billing information as well. I am used to be working with different account managers/producers.
