I've worked as a customer service representative and a medical record retriever for years, and with that experience, I gained more confidence in myself. I can say I'm loyal, trustworthy, and willing to learn new things. I can work under pressure since working as a customer service representative is not an easy job. Patience and willingness to listen to your customers are always in me. So, I'm excited to apply for a role as a virtual assistant. I may not have any experience as a virtual assistant, but I think I do have some relevant skills that would be a great fit for the job. Data entry, encoding, and formatting are all second nature to me. Need to reply to a hundred emails, I've got you covered.
