Project Manager | Technical QA | Developer Coordination | AI-Assisted Workflows
I coordinate developers, run QA, and keep multi-project delivery on track for remote teams building digital products.
Most coordinators organize tasks. I go a step further: I review HTML, CSS, and JSON config changes against spec before signing off. I read SQL queries well enough to catch schema issues during testing. I'm not a developer, but I work close enough to the code that contractors can't ship something broken without me noticing.
What I actually do day to day:
* Coordinate multiple developers working on the same codebase across concurrent release cycles
* Build and maintain component ownership trackers so no one overwrites each other's work
* Run QA across devices and browsers, mapping bugs to specific components
* Review code changes against spec before sign-off (HTML, CSS, JSON, SQL)
* Break project briefs into assignable tasks with clear scope and acceptance criteria
* Write contractor-ready specs with database schemas, API endpoints, and test criteria
* Track deliverables, flag blockers early, and escalate with context, not just symptoms
* Manage paid media budgets ($2,000 to $15,000/month) across Meta and Google Ads
Where I've done this:
Switch Themes (Shopify theme product): Coordinated QA and release readiness across two-week cycles with the founder and two developers. Built a component-level ownership tracker in Linear that the founder adopted for future release planning. Caught layout and data issues by reviewing theme files before they reached users.
Freelance (digital marketing/e-commerce clients): Kept 3 to 5 concurrent projects moving by maintaining a single source of truth for task status, ownership, and blockers across remote client teams.
Lufthansa Group, Miles & More (2.5 years): Managed 50+ active cases at a time for premium and executive accounts. Handled sensitive escalations with accuracy and discretion. Kept documentation clear enough that other agents could pick up any case without the client repeating themselves.
Tools I use:
Linear, GitHub, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Shopify, Figma, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Klaviyo
I use AI tools daily (Claude, Cursor) for drafting specs, reviewing workflows, building task breakdowns, and speeding up documentation.
