My max TPH is above 15 on my last job. Depending on the workload and how the processes work. This is from Email support. I have received annual empathy training. I always apply this skill to every customer as long as it is valid.

Working in the Customer support environment for 2 years and 3 months, I have honed my vocabulary, efficiency, and empathy skills. I also developed my speed at typing averaging 70 WPM. If TPH matters, I average more than 15TPH(depending on the process and workload). I have also given Customer support to customers who had their accounts compromised. This gave me a deeper knowledge of the best approach or more simple approach on how to use empathy to the user without being neglectful, cold, or offending.

I have been exposed to the computer since I was a kid. I know about troubleshooting computers, have basic knowledge of a computer on how it works, assemble a computer, capable of learning new things in a fast modernizing industry.

I have used this in my work as a VA. Also, I have used this as an IT student for manual storage of data. I am willing to learn more if there are new things needed to do.

I have used Microsoft Word in my previous side job as a VA. Also used this while studying as I am currently finishing my degree. I am willing to learn new ways, methods and things if it is needed.

I have basic knowledge regarding Network administration, basic network architecture, and basic setup for a network. I have also experienced this in my internship. I have practiced the basic setup for a network, basic troubleshooting, and also as a sales representative on how I will deliver/convince the product to customers.

I am skilled enough and familiar with the language. I can communicate, analyze, and construct well-written sentences. Since being proficient in English is crucial.

I am experienced with Zendesk from my previous job. I have used this for 2 years and 2 months consistently. There might be other features I am not familiar with due to the job restriction.

This is on the part of being a VA as a part-time job in a mortgage insurance company.

I am confident with my typing skills since I learned this at a young age. I average 70WPM. I can type quickly, accurately and efficiently.
