Virtual Assistant / Property Specialist

Through my experience, I have effectively overseen a wide range of leasing projects, which encompassed roles such as a property specialist for vacation rentals, midterm rentals, and long-term leases. I have also served as a property consultant, assisting with listing onboarding and guest specialists duties. This diverse background has provided me with a deep understanding of the distinct challenges and prospects that can arise throughout the leasing process.

I am calling realtors in the US to do business in our online marketing where we are offering them an online marketing and it will be visible to our potential home buyers and I am also asking for billing information as well for me to create them a profile.

I am calling homeowners where I set appointments if they need roof repair and solar. I need to qualify them first before setting an appointment and once they are qualified, that's the time I will give them a date and time to meet my client if they will agree as well.

I am responsible for managing and organizing my client's emails, as well as overseeing calendars and handling meeting invitations through Calendly. Additionally, I diligently document notes for daily reports. I possess strong active listening skills and pay close attention to detail.
