I worked as Quality Assurance Officer for telemarketing account based in the UK>

I worked as a flex trainer in Time Warner Cable company through bpo in the Philippines. I was in charge of training newly hired agents on product knowledge, excellent client handling, phone skills, and account processes before they were endorsed to the production floor.

I handled billing, collections, sales, and customer disputes for American-based customers.

Technical Support for Cable, Internet and Phone service of Time Warner Cable and Comcast Companies.

I can type 60 or above words per minute. I worked as data entry operator previously.

My data entry experience includes medical and dental data entry for approximately 6 months. I can type up more or less 60 to 70 words per minute.
