Profile Description

I am engaged in Real-estate industry for more than 10 years. I have strong knowledge of finance and mortgage industry, including an understanding of credit principles, financial analysis, mortgage security, documentation issues, responsible lending requirements, and relevant legislation.
I develop / maintain strong relationship with brokers, Business Development Managers, and borrowers by applying a sales focused goal when handling every application; review and assess all home loan applications, ensuring that the proposal meets mortgage insurer and company's residential lending Upgrade to see actual infoicy; review all supporting documentation submitted to ensure items provided are genuine, valid and meet the minimum documentation requirements of the company or mortgage insurer as required; and ensure that the data in loan database is accurate as per loan application and supporting documentation provided.
