I’ve been trained and worked as a Technical Support at Intuit account. Learned to know how to navigate the software and help customer to their technical issues and give best fit product recommendation for their busienss. I got transferred to Saves Retention. I’ve been trained to another quickbooks product software and now working as Account Specialist. We retain customer from canceling subscription and we give recommendation to customers and make sure that they see the value of the product that they are getting to retain them.

I’ve been trained and worked as customer support at doordash account and transferred to fraud specialist LOB. I’m responsible on solving delivery and food issues of the customer while fraud specialist is taking cases of customers, investigating and deciding if the compensation for customer case is approved or denied.
