Profile Description

I’ve been in the BPO for more than 10 years and have been to different roles from customer service, technical support, training and leadership. This roles have trained me to become flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do.
In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job I can assure you aside from the training I will personally research on my own to learn the program. I require minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
