Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry on and off since 2004. Collectively, I've had roughly 15 years of experience, and throughout those years, I've been exposed to different styles of support structures, especially when I held a Subject Matter Expert position.
I can multitask, and I have average communication skills at least enough for people to understand me in the English language. I'm a fast learner but I can also submerge myself into long-term training to better understand a topic, and I work hard to achieve my goals.
My technical support experiences include internet connectivity troubleshooting, software troubleshooting, IP Relay communications assistant, basic hardware troubleshooting for Windows based laptops and desktops, basic troubleshooting for MAC based computers, VoIP troubleshooting, and Android based mobile phone troubleshooting. As for my customer service skillset, I've handled aftersales service for online purchased scented candles, walking customers through online payment websites, and answering inquiries about their bills and making corrections to errors on customers' monthly statements.
