Within the 6 years of experience in handling insurance accounts, I facilitate new hire training for new employees for our US Dental insurance account, making sure that they are fully equip with the knowledge and skills they need to assist customers.

I had more than a year experience as a Call Monitoring Specialist for a US Auto and Home Insurance. I audit calls, do one on one coaching with the associates on their monthly audits, and facilitate team huddles for the monthly updates on the processes of the account.

I had improved my skills in instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitating onboarding new employees efficiently and effectively over the course of 2 years in handling training for new employees. Discussing Compensations and Benefits, Company Code of Conduct, Security and IT Guidelines, etc to new employees and addressing questions and concerns.
