PAYROLL ANALYST
? Perform Implementation processes including data gathering, parallel runs, coordination, and
documentation of results.
? Track client responses to ensure successful implementation.
? Set up client company profiles (masterfile, payroll policies, balances, earnings, deductions) in the
system.
? Handle analytical payroll functions, account management, payroll verification, process documentation,
and coordinate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers for on-time payroll and statutory reporting.
? Monitor and enforce client payroll and timekeeping policies.
? Analyze and input client payroll information, supervise Payroll Assistant, and maintain accurate records.
? Generate and review payroll registers, coordinate adjustments with clients, resolve discrepancies, and
ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
? Investigate payroll concerns, post journal entries, conduct audits, and manage payroll projects.
? Address employee payroll queries while maintaining confidentiality.
? Improve payroll processes, suggest efficiencies, and ensure timely pay register submissions.
? Handle other payroll-related tasks and ad hoc reporting.
? Meet project deadlines, provide leadership to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and act as a subject matter expert.
? Support Client onboarding, training, and implementation phases.
? Analyze results of parallel runs and provide solutions or raise iUpgrade to see actual info tickets.
? Communicate effectively with clients during live issues, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.
? Maintain expertise in the payroll system and Philippine payroll laws.
? Ensure data integrity and confidentiality, comply with regulations and security protocols.
? Stay updated on payroll laws, prepare accurate tax filings, reports, and statutory requirements.
? Analyze payroll data, identify trends, investigate errors, and propose solutions.
? Collect, review, and process accurate payroll data from clients while adhering to policies.
HR OFFICER - COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
? Safe keeping of 201 files.
? Maintain highly confidential payroll records and files
? End to end payroll processing of 150 employees per week + 50 employees semi-monthly with a total
of 200 employees.
? Add newly hired employees to the biometric system and payroll system. (Salarium and Mustard Seed
Payroll System.
? Gather employees time sheets and do manual time keeping.
? Calculate and validate overtime, deductions, bonuses and other earnings.
? Calculate and record sickness/vacation leave payments.
? Arranging the payment of staff salaries through the payroll system.
? Administer manual payroll and system payroll on a cut off basis.
? Review the bank transfers related to payroll accurately and on time and ensure that funds are sufficient prior to
transfer or payment.
? Review payroll transactions accurately and on time and ensure that completeness of the following:
? payroll data are substantiated by valid documents
? request for payment approved by company officers,
? statutory requirements and company policies.
? Answering queries from staff or external bodies promptly, etc.
? Compute the final pay of resigned employees. Review the aging of the final pay request.
? Administration of Statutory benefits and remittances
? Works as companys’ representative in government offices such as SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig.
? Generates employees government deduction using payroll software
? Review the monthly schedules of remittances for SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig contributions & withholding
tax.
? Process Employees SSS and Pag ibig loans
? Prepare government remittances reports and payments
? Ensure contribution and loan payments are posted.
? Process Sickness and Maternity Claims
? Assist employees with regards to government concerns and processing.
? Assist HR Manager in supervising our Department by giving assistance to all employees with regards to their
needs.
? Assist HR Manager in preparing training, events and other HR related concerns.
? Administer office supplies, medicine, cleaning supplies request.
? Provides reports and support to the Finance Department.
? Generate reports on a regular or on-demand basis to support payroll processing.
