I know the A-Zs of Shopify since I worked for several 7 figure Dropshipping and Private Label Companies. I know how to do Product Research using Adspy and Ecomhunt, Email Marketing using Mailchimp and Klaviyo, Design a website using Shopify Themes, and handle customer service using Zendesk and Gorgias, perform Order Fulfillment tasks ( Dropified and Oberlo ) I also worked as Customer Service and used apps like Zendesk and Klarna. 

For Amazon, my expertise includes Listing Creation & Optimization, Managing Feedback Rating/Removing Negative Feedbacks, Creating Store Fronts, A+ Content Management, Keyword Research using Helium10, Creating Amazon Posts, Fixing Suppressed Listings, Account Health Management, and Feedback Management.

The results I can deliver in a capacity of an all-around virtual assistant stem from my data entry skills, customer-centered attitude, proven attention to detail, well-versed in MS Office, and proficient in spreadsheet entry and updating.
