Profile Description

I have ample customer service and after-sales support experience. I have worked as a customer service representative for one of largest metropolitan daily newspapers in the US for two and a half years. Here, I was tasked to attend to incoming calls (retention and supervisory calls) as well as respond to customers' emails to provide pertinent information regarding their subscription. I have also worked as a digital and web support representing the same company walking customers through managing their accounts online and accessing the digital version of the newspaper. Holding this position gave me further opportunity to be skillful at effectively relaying information and instructions as many of our clients were less tech-savvy individuals like the elderly.
My work experience demanded constant coordination with different departments from sales and billing, to shipping and field teams in order to mobilize company resources to fulfill the task at hand. Each work experience taught me that communication skills and the knowledge of the product one sells or the service one provides is imperative in having a positive impact on the company one represents.
