I completed a 5-day training workshop at VA Training PH focused on time management, organizational tasks, and communication tools. I also completed a 10-day Graveyard Shift training at Yokly, where I developed strong multitasking skills and meticulous attention to detail.

In addition, I have practical experience as a 3D printer assistant, a role I began through on-the-job training and continued while in my fourth year of college. In this role, I contacted insured clients, scheduled home inspection appointments, created property sketches using RapidSketch, and completed appraisal forms for insurance carriers such as Travelers, Chubb, Westfield, Brethren, Auto-Owners, Cincinnati, Safeco, USAA, and Private Client Select. I also have experience assisting public adjusters with documentation, policy review, and claims-related tasks.
