Profile Description

Being a technical support representative before, we always make documentation of the troubleshooting steps done as well as the entire interaction that we had with the customer over the phone. I can say that I am a fast typist and good at data entry. I am quite capable with working on the MS Office software particularly Microsoft Word. I am good with the English language in both written and oral communication.
