Profile Description

I've been in a BPO industry for more than 7 years and have grown so much more than I expected. I worked as a customer service during my early years handling phone calls, emails and chats. I've been a supervisor before that handles escalation calls and emails in an E-commerce account. I was also trained to create and resolve tickets for our customer's complaint. On my last company I worked with, I got the chance to get out of my comfort zone and try a different job responsibilities which I was trained to handle sellers, buyers and creators concern in TikTok. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience and consider myself as a driven individual who is also very passionate and committed to my responsibilities. I am a person who loves to travel and plays volleyball during my spare time.
