I am customer service representative for 3 years of experience under on telecommunication company namely Teleperformance . What I do in my previous position is I assist customer in regards with there issue especially , Billing , payments, network and device troubleshooting . Aside from that part of our job is to process order and sales to customer, we also sell our product and services to a potential clients. In addition, to my job position I'm one of the senior expert in T-mobile as well which part of our role is to conduct coaching session and assist agent if needed . We also handled highly escalated call if customer is already upset and beyond the agent expertise .Also , we process ticket to a customer to the other department if the problem need some time for investigation especially if this is about package lost , damaged equipment , or network problem .
