Profile Description

A summary of my experience between customer support, sales, and claims for the past 3 years with different types of campaigns. To name a few. Logistics, Financial, Sales, and most recently in Real estate. So I have a good grasp on how customer service works there in the US. I've been through companies who are using CSAT and Achieve to score on how we engage with customers, how we talk to them, or how we build connections with the customers. I also used Zoho, CRM, Avaya, and Zendesk during my campaigns. So I do have a good grasp on how customer service platforms work in terms of customer/client interactions.
