Profile Description

As an Human Resource Assistant, I was assigned at recruitment team where I was able to handle different kind of task including job posting, sourcing of candidates, answering emails and concerns, interviewing, etc. Basically my task there was an end to end recruitment so I am the responsible hiring of candidates who are fitted for the role and when there's someone who will end or resign I am also responsible in processing their requirements in exiting the company. During this period I honed my communication skill with other people especially I was able to handle different people nationwide. It boosted my confidence in sharing and making ideas for more efficiency in doing tasks. Even though I didn't attain any achievements, I can say that I did my job very well by hearing many of my colleagues complimenting me my work.
