Designer, Tutor, and Virtual Assistant

While my forte lies in engineering, some of my experience includes writing case studies for nursing and midwifery courses, argumentative essays for social sciences, proposals, and more. I enjoy learning as well and won't mind going through new material!

I've tutored K7 to K12 students on mathematics, science, and languages. Likewise, I have experience with teaching engineering (unit operations, calculus, transfer and separation processes) and programming (Arduino, Python, and Java) courses at a bachelor's degree level with sufficient practice problems and exercises. The lessons are delivered either one-on-one or in a group setting both online and in-person depending on your preferences!

My most recent experience involves compiling a Philippine travel plan listing tourist spots and routes to get there, as well as hotel accommodations, price ranges, what to do in the area, and more. I mostly do these on Notion and create personalized dashboards but I can cater the file type and itinerary plan to your needs and preferences.

I've had budget auditing experience within organizations in my university for events and merchandise sales, as well as in part-time jobs such as for a local bakeshop. My responsibilities included annual audits, working with the finance team for their financial statements, and more. I am knowledgeable in drafting such reports (cash flows, income statement, balance sheets, etc) myself, but am still willing to learn!

My first few experiences with graphics was for university organizations. This included publication materials such as email newsletters, primers, templates, teaser announcements, posters, and mock up designs. This small hobby transitioned to organization and client work mainly in social media posts as well as digital drawings and art commissions.

Like most of the skills listed, my main experiences stem from university organizations that transition to work outside of campus (such as external organizations and small businesses). For office and administration, I've done secretarial work such as scheduling, minutes taking, file management, email and chat support, and more. Software I am familiar with include Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Notion, and collaborative apps like Asana and Miro.

My go-to productivity software is Notion. While I've used it for personal projects such as for planners, listings, and schedules, I've also created travel plans, productivity trackers, monthly plans, and budget management with it for organizations and individual clients.
