Profile Description

I have been working with the Customer Service Industry for almost 10 years. This span of time has exposed me to different and diverse culture, with the goal of providing excellent and positive lasting customer service experience.
I am a fast learner, flexible with shifting schedules and with high integrity. I make sure that I get my work done even when no one is watching.
Be this in person, over the phone, chats, and even emails. My very recent role has exposed me to the rental industry, with guesty, slack and asana as our main tool to manage guests. I am very well trained with multi-tasking. I am used to a combined communication set up, chat, calls, texts and emails to guests. Nine months into the previous company I was promoted as a team leader, and I have handled 30 agents per day on
specific times. I have to ensure that all guest concerns have been addressed within 15 minutes. I am also well experienced in taking managerial calls, scheduled meetings.
