For the past three years, I have been working extensively in the e-commerce industry, particularly with the Zendesk and Shopify platforms. I am well-versed in all aspects of running an online store, ranging from setting up the store to managing inventory and tracking orders. I manage inbound and/or outbound calls; follow various communication scripts when speaking to a caller; handle customer engagement; identify customer needs, answer questions, and solve problems; and up-sell products and services when possible. My experience in the e-commerce industry has enabled me to aid many businesses in reaching their goals and increasing their online sales.
I was once a virtual customer service assistant. My duties included receiving and managing phone calls, answering emails, and responding to text messages. I worked a graveyard shift, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., for 8 hours. Aside from the usual customer service tasks, I was also tasked with handling comments and messages on both Facebook and Instagram that were related to customer service. I enjoyed my job as a virtual customer service assistant, and it was a great experience overall.
