Accounting/Bookkeeping Skills: 3+ years of Experience

Prepare Journal Entry Vouchers for disbursements or liquidation from cash advances that involves debiting specific expense accounts and crediting cash or accounts payable. 

Familiarization with the Statement of Allotment, Obligation, Disbursement, Liquidation and Balances (SAODLB). 

Ability to prepare Journal Entry Vouchers on Cash Allocations Received, Disbursements and Adjustments. 

Familiarity with the preparation of Monthly Financial Statements generated by the system. 

Preparation of Tax Remittance Advices. 

Familiarization of Bank Reconciliation Statement and analyze it to determine issued, stale and expired checks, compare it to our disbursements and check for reconciliation amount, balance it and submit a report.
Manage and organize supplies especially the documentation of my company in terms of issuance, transfer, receive and disposal. 

Supply Management Skills: 2+ years of experience

Preparation of monthly, semi-annual & annual reports for the summary and breakdowns of these items. Working with the supply custodians and work with them so that no discrepancy will be made when the monthly reconciliation will be made.

Familiarization in creating certifications as needed for the requirement of the transactions of the company and its personnel. 

Preparation and approval clearances of the employees as they will be reassigned, terminated and fired from the company to ensure no accountability will be brought along with them.
