Profile Description

I am a remote professional with over six years of experience in customer communication, lead generation, online teaching, and remote client support. I have more than four years of experience working with U.S. real estate clients as a Cold Caller, where I handled high-volume outbound calls, lead qualification, follow-ups, CRM updates, lead management, and maintaining accurate client records using platforms such as Podio and RESimpli. I am also experienced in using dialers such as ReadyMode and CallTools and working in fast-paced remote environments.

In addition to my remote work experience, I hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering specializing in Power Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. My graduate research involved data analysis, load forecasting, and technical documentation using tools such as MATLAB and Python, with research presented at IEEE and AUN/SEED-Net conferences.

I also have experience as an Assistant Lecturer, where I prepared instructional materials and guided students in engineering and programming courses, further strengthening my communication and organizational skills.
