Profile Description

I am a highly experienced, creative and meticulous Corporate (BPO) Training Leader with a humane leadership - promoting the core values of empathy, agility, reliability and simplicity.

I don't look at my job as "just" a job. It's more of a passion—a calling for me. To share my instructional expertise in the areas of learning & curriculum development, instructional technology & implementation, data analysis, and digital content creation are some of the things that give me fulfilment.

I started my Professional Career as a Product & Knowledge Trainer and eventually got promoted as a Training Manager, looking after 8 different trainers in different campaigns. I was onboarded on a startup to hypergrowth stage of the organization, supported multiple Telco brands in Australia. I maneuvered back-to-back new hire onboarding (face-to-face and remote set up) in our local offices in the Philippines and initiated Systems & Tools training in our Sydney Head Office.

All throughout my career, on top of being a hands-on leader, manager, and a coach, I was also able to maximize my extensive skills and above the line creativity in creating posters, e-learning content, curriculum, and educational/business videos using different platforms such as Canva, Animaker, Powtoon, Toonly, Animoto, Shotcut, CapCut, Rise Articulate Storyline 360, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

I am a firm believer that happy talents would always generate happy results, and happy clients would always create long-lasting happy relationships.
